- The experts and consultants specialized in the field of Higher Education

- Journalists and media members
- The representatives of International Student Associations

What is included in the Registration Fee ?
Registration fees for the 5th Eduniversal World Convention are set in three Packs depending on the number of the participants from one Institution.
For each participant the registration fee covers :
- Convention materials
- Plenary sessions, conferences and workshops,
- One-to-one Meetings,
- Schools visits,
- Gala Reception Dinner and Awards Ceremony,
- Lunches and Coffee Breaks,
- Institutional online advertisement for one year,
- Sightseeing Tour (Informal Networking Day),
- Free Stand in the Exhibition Hall*
* A Stand in the Exhibition Hall during the Convention will be put free of charge at the disposal of those Institutions who register before May 31, 2012.
Each stand is equipped with a table and two chairs and offers the presenting institution the opportunity to put up their institution's banner as well as other promotional materials. The institution may also leave their prospectus and advertising leaflets for anyone interested without having a representative at the stand.
Please note : the registration fee does NOT cover accommodation, travel and transfers from/to the airport
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of participation (in writing) must be received
before July 15, 2012 if fees are to be refunded. After that date no refunds will be made. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a replacement; however, prior notification is required.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed from four to six weeks after the Convention.
A cancellation fee will be deducted from the conference registration refunds on the following basis:
€ 400 for Pack A;
€ 600 for Pack B;
€ 800 for Pack C.
All requests for changes, cancellations and refunds must be made in writing and sent to the following email:
