* Why and how often are Eduniversal World Conventions organized?
Eduniversal World Conventions are organized every year to bring together the representatives of Eduniversal Official Selection of 1,000 Best Business Schools located in 153 countries in the world. It is a special occasion at which the annual official announcement and rewarding of the Palmes and Trophies for the Top 3 Best Business Schools per geographical zone (Africa, Oceania, Eurasia & Middle East, Latin America, North America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Far East Asia) takes place. It is also a good opportunity for all Business schools to meet and exchange views on international higher education and its globalization trends.
One-to-one meetings are organized to encourage new partnerships among schools from different parts of the world, to promote student/lecturers exchange programs, to enhance collaboration on research work and to increase professional mobility.

* What is included in the Registration Fee?
Registration fees for the 5th Eduniversal World Convention are set in three Packs depending on the number of the participants from one Institution. For each participant the registration fee covers:
- Convention materials
- Plenary sessions, conferences and workshops,
- One-to-one Meetings,
- School visits,
- Gala Reception Dinner and Awards Ceremony,
- Lunches and Coffee Breaks,
- Institutional online advertisement for one year,
- Sightseeing Tour (Informal Networking Day),
- Free Stand in the Exhibition Hall*
* A Stand in the Exhibition Hall during the Convention will be put free of charge at the disposal of those Institutions who register before June 30, 2012 according availabilities.
Each stand is equipped with a table and two chairs and offers the presenting institution the opportunity to put up their institution’s banner as well as other promotional materials. The institution may also leave their prospectus and advertising leaflets for anyone interested without having a representative at the stand.
Please note: the registration fee does NOT cover accommodation, travel and transfers from/to the airport

* How do I obtain a letter of invitation from Eduniversal for my visa application?
At the time you fill in your Registration Form which is available online, please remember to tick the box which says:
“Tick this box if you need an invitation letter for your visa application.”
ATTENTION: The invitation letter will be issued by the hosting Institution and will be delivered to each participant once the registration fees are paid.
