We encourage our participants to get involved in discussions and different sessions by offering their expertise by moderating workshops and participating in the combo sessions. Both academic and business sectors will be represented this year to discuss the topics of this year's Convention.

The Cancellation of your participation must be received (in writing) before August 15, 2019 if fees are to be refunded. After that date, no refunds will be made. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a replacement; however, prior notification is required.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed from four to six weeks after the Convention.

A cancellation fee will be deducted from the conference registration refunds on the following basis:

400 € for Pack A
600 € for Pack B

All requests for changes, cancellations and refunds must be made in writing and sent to:
