These Terms govern all registrations made for the Eduniversal World Convention 2026 (“EWC 2026”), organised by Eduniversal SAS. Submitting a registration implies full acceptance of these Terms.
EWC 2026 offers the following packages:
Prices exclude taxes and include access to all sessions, networking, gala dinners and activities.
Accommodation (optional):
Priority booking runs from March 19 to April 7, 2026 for selected institutions. After this period, prices and availability may change.
Registration is completed online. It becomes valid upon confirmation and payment. Maximum 4 participants per institution.
Visa invitation letters may be requested but are not guaranteed.
Payment deadlines are defined in the confirmation. Late payments may result in cancellation.
Accommodation follows the hotel’s own policy.
The organiser may postpone or relocate the event if necessary. In case of cancellation, fees will be refunded.
The organiser is only liable for direct damages. No responsibility for personal belongings.
Data is processed under GDPR and used for event management and communications.
Participants may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless they object.
French law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Paris courts.
