These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Participation (hereinafter “Terms”) govern all registrations and purchases made through the online booking form for the Eduniversal World Convention 2026 (hereinafter “EWC 2026”), organised by Eduniversal SAS, a company incorporated under French law with its registered office in France (hereinafter “the Organiser”).
Submitting a registration constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms take precedence over any other document, unless the Organiser has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
EWC 2026 offers the following packages:
Reserved exclusively for IAE France members and participants of EWC Indore 2025. This rate cannot be subject to any additional reduction, including the 30% licence/membership discount.
Reserved for all institutions within the Eduniversal ecosystem. This rate cannot be subject to any additional reduction, including the 30% licence/membership discount
Reserved for all institutions within the Eduniversal ecosystem. This rate is subject to the 30% reduction applicable under the Eduniversal licence/membership.
All prices exclude taxes and include access to all sessions, networking events, gala dinners and activities. Accommodation at the Hôtel du Palais is available as a separate optional add-on, billed in addition to the convention package:
All rates are guaranteed subject to availability and are capped at a maximum of 100 institutions. The Organiser reserves the right to adjust standard pricing after the close of each booking period.
Priority booking is open from March 19 to April 15, 2026 (inclusive), exclusively for institutions that attended EWC Indore 2025 and members of IAE France. After this deadline, priority rates are no longer guaranteed and any remaining places will be made available under standard pricing conditions.
Registration is completed exclusively via the online booking form at convention.eduniversal.com. A registration is considered confirmed upon receipt of the Organiser’s written confirmation and, where applicable, payment.
The number of participants per institution is limited to a maximum of 4. All personal details provided at registration (title, first name, last name, business email, job title, phone number) must be accurate and complete.
Participants requiring a visa invitation letter must indicate this at the time of registration. The Organiser will endeavour to provide this document within a reasonable timeframe but cannot guarantee visa approval by the relevant authorities.
Payment terms will be communicated by the Organiser in the registration confirmation. In the event of non-payment by the agreed due date, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the registration and release the corresponding places, without prejudice to any debt recovery proceedings.
Late payment penalties will apply automatically at the statutory rate in force under French law, in accordance with Articles L. 441-10 et seq. of the French Commercial Code (Code de commerce).
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Organiser’s email address.
The following refund conditions apply to convention registration fees (excluding accommodation):

Substitution of a registered participant by another representative of the same institution is permitted at any time at no additional charge, provided written notice is given to the Organiser in advance.
In the event of force majeure or any unforeseeable circumstance preventing the EWC 2026 from taking place at the planned dates and venue, the Organiser reserves the right to postpone the event or change its location. In such cases, registrations will be transferred to the new date or venue at no additional cost to participants.
Should the Organiser be compelled to cancel the event definitively, registration fees will be refunded in full within 30 days. The Organiser shall not be held liable for any ancillary costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel and independently booked accommodation.
The Organiser’s liability is strictly limited to direct damages arising from a proven fault on its part. Under no circumstances shall the Organiser be liable for indirect losses, including loss of revenue, loss of business, reputational damage, or travel and accommodation costs.
Participants agree to comply with the internal rules of the event and the Hotel du Palais. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to participants’ personal belongings.
Personal data collected at the time of registration is processed by Eduniversal SAS as data controller, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés) as amended.
This data is used solely for the purposes of registration management and event organisation, and — where participants have given their consent — for communications relating to Eduniversal’s activities.
In accordance with applicable law, each participant has the right to access, rectify, object to, restrict, and request erasure of their personal data. These rights may be exercised by email to the address provided on www.eduniversal.com.
All content made available in connection with EWC 2026 (presentations, logos, educational materials, etc.) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, distribution or unauthorised use is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the Organiser or the relevant rights holders.
By attending the event, participants authorise the Organiser to photograph and film them for communication and promotional purposes, unless they expressly object in writing before the start of the event.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to their interpretation or performance, the parties undertake to seek an amicable resolution within 30 days of notification of the dispute by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party proceedings.
