This priority booking is subject to availability (limited to 100 institutions). The preferential rate of €3,980 is guaranteed until April 15th, 2026, for priority access beneficiaries. Accommodation packages are billed separately or included in the overall service. Any cancellation of the convention registration pack after October 1, 2026, will be charged in full.
