Refund policy
Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing before July 31, 2025 through email: convention@eduniversal-group.com. After that date, no refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Convention. However, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted. Prior notification is required. Refunds, if approved, will be processed from four to six weeks after the Convention. Cancellation charges will be deducted from the Convention registration refunds on the following basis:
