To attend the Eduniversal World Convention in Indore, all participants must obtain an e‑Conference visa, a short-term electronic visa specifically for conferences, seminars, and workshops: https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html

Validity: Single-entry, up to 30 days from date of arrival.

Required Documents & Steps

  • Valid passport with at least six months validity and two blank pages
  • Recent passport-style photo (white background), and copy of passport bio page
  • Convention invitation letter from Eduniversal
  • Optional: proof of attendance/organizer invitation letter

Apply 4 weeks in advance (online platform opens from 120 days before arrival)

Pay the visa fee and await approval (usually within 3–5 business days)

Download, print, and present your e‑Visa along with your passport upon arrival, including at Indore Airport
