Miriam Stolses Mazo is the Dean of the Business School at PUCPR, bringing over 18 years of experience in higher education with a strong background in administration and marketing.
She holds a PhD in Administration (2013) from PUCPR and a Master’s degree in Administration (2006) from the Federal University of Paraná, specializing in consumer behavior. Miriam has also completed international training in Entrepreneurship at Boston College & International Entrepreneurship Center and in Marketing and Entrepreneurship through the Educational Program at the Warrington College of Business, University of Florida.
In her current role, she leads innovative initiatives across undergraduate and postgraduate programs, focusing on modern approaches to marketing education. Throughout her career, Miriam has significantly contributed to both academic and administrative spheres, guiding strategic initiatives and fostering a learning environment that emphasizes innovation and real-world impact.
Additionally, she serves as a member of the Latin American and Caribbean Advisory Council (LAAC) of AACSB, supporting the council’s mission to advise on key issues and priorities in business education within the Latin American and Caribbean context.
