CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR MAJOR FORCE
We are paying close attention to official guidelines and restrictions on travel and gatherings, and how they may impact the upcoming convention. Consequently, our Convention Organization Board with Scientific Committee have decided to extend our cancellation and refund policies if these major force circumstances related with sanitary conditions will remain on October 7, 2020.
Thus, institutions will be able to send their request in writing to convention@eduniversal-group.com if major force is still appliable on the conditions of travelling detailed above in October 7, 2020. The approval of the full refund will be agreed ONLY under these circumstances and only under the proof of your prior payment.
After that date, no refunds will be made.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed from four to six weeks after the Convention.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND FOR REGISTRATIONS
The cancellation of your participation must be received in writing to convention@eduniversal-ranking.com before August 30, 2020 if fees are to be refunded. After that date, no refunds will be made. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a replacement without any charge; however, prior notification is required.
Thereafter, we regret that we are unable to refund any fees.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed from four to six weeks after the Convention.
A cancellation fee will be deducted from the conference registration refunds on the following basis:
- 500 € for Pack A
- 700 € for Pack B
