Born in Venezuela, he has lived in Mexico for the past ten years. He holds a degree in Biotechnology Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, where he actively contributed to scientific research during his academic journey. His work earned him the opportunity to present findings at international conferences, including the prestigious iGEM synthetic biology congress in Boston, MA. Driven by the question of how to feed more people, he initially believed the answer lay in producing more food. However, he later realized that the true solution was to preserve the food already being produced. This realization led to the founding of SaveFruit Corp, a company dedicated to reducing fruit waste, enhancing opportunities for producers, and pioneering the creation of global food abundance. As CEO and Head of R&D, he has been at the forefront of developing innovative solutions that align with the company’s mission.
Prof. João Amaro de Matos is Vice Rector of Nova University, Lisbon, having joined Nova School of Business and Economics in1995, where he has been Associate Dean for International Development(2005-2017) and Director of the PhD Programs. He worked for the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) as an expert for the internacionalization of Cuban Universities, was a member of the International Board of the Strasbourg Business School, and was a member of the Executive Board (2007-2017) of the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS),chairing its Research and Doctoral Education Committee (2008-2012) and its Quality Assessment Committee (2015-2017). He holds a Ph.D. in Management (1995)from INSEAD and a PhD in Physics (1988) from Sao Paulo University. He was a visiting scholar at Heidelberg University (1988-89), at the London School of Economics (2002), and at the MIT (2012). He teaches Corporate Finance, Investments, Derivatives, Risk Management and Continuous-Time Finance at all levels. Additionally, João Amaro de Matos has taught in various European and Brazilian schools such as INSEAD, HEC Geneva, INSPER and Getúlio Vargas Foundation. He is the author of the textbook ""Theoretical Foundations of Corporate Finance"", (Princeton University Press, 2001), and also of ""Sustainability and Organizational Change Management"", (Routledge,2015). He wrote more than 50 scientific works among books, chapters, papers, and conference proceedings. His research has been published in journals such as the Journal of Econometrics, European Journal of Finance, Mathematical Finance, Journal of Statistical Physics and Physica A, among others. João Amaro de Matos has participated in numerous conferences and seminars and has supervised many MSc and PhD thesis in the area of Finance and Economics. He has founded and organized since 2007 the annual Luso-Brazilian Finance Meetings.
Horacio Arredondo was appointed Dean of EGADE Business School at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico, in July 2022. He was previously Vice Dean of Graduate Studies and Executive Development at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (UAI) Business School in Santiago, Chile, where he also served as Executive Director of the Center for Family Businesses and as Professor in Strategy and General Management. At EGADE Business School, he is a Strategy and Organizational Alignment Professor, and his research focuses on Corporate Governance and Family Business. He is a corporate advisor and company director and has consulted in diverse industries in the public and private sectors and with NGOs across Latin America. Horacio is a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A) from the University of the Republic in Uruguay, with a specialization in Corporate Finance. He holds an MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, Chile, an M.Sc. in Research Methodology, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from IE Business School, Spain.
Dr. Anne L. Balazs became the first female dean of the John B. and Lillian E. Neff College of
Business and Innovation in 2018. She is an alumna of Smith College (A.B. Economics) and
earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
Prior to her academic career, she worked at Fidelity Investments as a registered representative
and assistant legal product manager. She has held faculty positions at the University of
Oklahoma, Mississippi University for Women, and Eastern Michigan University, where she
served as Department Chair of Marketing, Interim Dean of the College of Business, Interim AVP
of Graduate Studies and President of EMU’s Women in Philanthropy.
In 2013-14, she was an ACE Fellow at Bowling Green State University and the University of
Toledo. She is President of the MidAmerican Business Deans Association and serves on the
board of the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Balazs is a member
of UToledo’s Women and Philanthropy and the Leadership Circle for Girl Scouts of Western
Ohio.
Her research on value congruency, elderly consumer behavior, health care advertising, and
retailing has appeared in the Journal of International Marketing, Journal of Consumer Affairs,
Psychology & Marketing, and the Journal of Business Research and has been funded by the
Swedish Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Richard D. Irwin
Publishing Company.
Rodolphe BARDOT is responsible for the academic oversight and development of the Master’s programs at FERRANDI Paris. With an academic background, he holds a doctorate in applied engineering with a focus on Production Process Optimization in collaboration with industry. He previously worked for the NORTEL NETWORKS group and then THALES as an export project manager for telecom network infrastructures in Europe, the U.S., and the Middle East. Rodolphe joined the training division of the CCI Paris Île-de-France 17 years ago, where he has been responsible for teaching and developing institutional and private partnerships for apprenticeship programs. He teaches courses in entrepreneurship, management, marketing, and applied mathematics.
Dr. Zhenyao Cai is an accomplished academic and administrative leader with extensive experience in international education and research. Currently serving as the Associate Dean (International, Secondment) and an Associate Professor at SILC Business School, Shanghai University, Dr. Cai has a strong background in business management and human resources. He earned his Ph.D. in Management from Hong Kong Baptist University.
Dr. Cai has published over 20 high-quality papers in renowned international journals, including those ranked among the Financial Times Top 50 Business School Journals. His research interests focus on leadership, organizational behavior, and the integration of artificial intelligence in management practices.
Beyond his academic achievements, Dr. Cai brings valuable industry insights to his students, having provided corporate training for major organizations like China Telecom Group and China Everbright Bank. His dedication to fostering innovation and leadership is evident in his numerous consulting projects and his role in shaping future business leaders.
Dr. Pedro Carreon is passionate about higher business education, with a career of more than 25 years in public, private and non-profit institutions.

He actively participates with different media and speaks at national and international forums promoting innovation driven and corporate entrepreneurship.

Dr. Carreon completed doctoral studies at EGADE Business School and at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

Tawhid Chtioui is a distinguished academic leader and entrepreneur. He is the Founder and Dean of aivancity School for Technology, Business & Society in Paris-Cachan since March 2020. He also serves as President of Groupe ISGA since November 2021 and of Art'Com Sup since August 2022, both in Morocco. Previously, he was President and Dean at Emlyon business school, leading Emlyon Africa as General Director from 2016 to 2018. His earlier roles include leadership positions at ICD International Business School, ISEG, and Université Paris Dauphine.

Catherine da Silveira is the Associate Dean for International Affairs and Partnerships at Nova School of Business & Economics (Nova SBE), in Portugal. She combines this role with the Academic direction of several International Master Programs. With a PhD from Open University Business School, UK, and a Master’s from Institut de Sciences Politiques (SciencesPo) in Paris, France, she is an Associate Professor of Marketing and a recognized expert in the field of brands and the luxury sector in Europe. She joined Nova SBE after 14 years of executive experience first with the L’Oreal Group, as a Marketing Executive across divisions, brands, and countries, then in the IT Sector. At Nova SBE, she has been combining teaching with “administrative” engagement to help building new strategies, programs, projects and processes that have contributed to the School’s transformation over the past 20 years.
Diego Díaz Vázquez is an engineer and master's graduate in biotechnology and a Ph.D. candidate in biotechnology, with a distinguished career in environmental analysis and environmental management. With extensive experience in circular bioeconomy, sustainable decision-making and water resource management. Diego has dedicated his career to modeling and analyzing scenarios to enhance environmental management practices. His research spans the biotechnological valorization of organic material flows, the use of geographic information systems to generate actionable information for decision-making purposes, and the assessment of waste and water management projects. In 2022, he received the “Rómulo Garza Research and Innovation Award” and the “Jalisco Innovation, Science, and Technology Award” for his master's thesis in circular bioeconomy. Currently, he is completing his Ph.D., where he develops decision-support systems focused on sustainability to improve environmental management in developing countries. For his case study in Jalisco, Diego has designed innovative methodologies that promote public policy formulation and infrastructure development, maximizing environmental benefits within contexts of limited resources and information, thereby fostering better governance and transparency in environmental management. Diego has six years of experience leading strategic sustainability projects for the Secretariat of Environment and Territorial Development of Jalisco and has served as a consultant and technical advisor in project development for the Strategic General Coordination of Territorial Management of Jalisco and private sector companies. He currently serves as the sustainability leader for the Tequila, Latin America, and Australia markets at DIAGEO, where he continues to promote circular bioeconomy and sustainable development in key industry sectors.
Vice Rector of Academic Affairs at Tecnológico de Monterrey the development of the university’s educational model. She previously served as Dean of the Business School and Director of the Entrepreneurship Institute for the Central Region. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Diegoli has been deeply involved in promoting entrepreneurship and innovation through education and ecosystem development across Latin America. She holds a Ph.D. in Business and Management from the University of Cantabria, and a Master's in SME Development and Promotion from the University of Leipzig, Germany.
Dr. Diegoli has worked with institutions like Laspau, training educators in Nicaragua and Brazil, and with other institutions in Chile, Ecuador, El Salvador, and Honduras. Additionally, she co-taught the """"""""""""""""ABC of Lean Entrepreneurship"""""""""""""""" MOOC on Coursera, which reached over 20,000 participants from 45 countries, and led hybrid courses with Brandeis University and UC Berkeley. Dr. Diegoli's work has been recognized by the QS Reimagine Education Awards, where she has been a finalist and judge.
Dr. habil. Katarzyna Dziewanowska, associate professor, Vice-Dean for International Affairs
A graduate and faculty member of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. She teaches
at the undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels, and her research focuses on consumer behavior,
experiential marketing, value, and higher education. She has participated in numerous international
research and teaching residencies across Europe, Asia, and the USA, and has served as a visiting scholar
at the University of California, Berkeley (2017), and Northumbria University in Newcastle, UK (since
2017). She is a coordinator and participant in local, national, and international research projects funded
by the Ministry of Education and Science, the National Science Centre, and the European Commission.
She is also the author of books and publications in Polish and international academic journals.
Professor Tarik EL MALKI is a senior academic (Professor of Higher Education-PES) at Groupe ISCAE. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics (University of the Mediterranean, December 2010). Since December 2023, Professor EL MALKI has served as the Director General of Groupe ISCAE. Previously, he held the position of Director of Development, International Relations, and Communication, at Groupe ISCAE from 2016 to 2018, and Director of the ISCAE-Rabat Institute from 2019 to 2023.
Professor EL MALKI is an active member of several research organizations, including his role as President of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Observatory in Morocco, a member of the Scientific Committee of the Moroccan Economic Outlook Center, and a jury member for the Ecomédias Group Research Prize. He is also the Coordinator of the BLUE SPACE university incubator, a project in partnership with BMCE BANK OF AFRICA.
In addition to his academic and research roles, Professor EL MALKI is the author of several works, such as ""Corporate Social Responsibility: The Case of Morocco"" (Afrique-Orient, 2014), ""Beyond All Divisions: Crossed Perspectives on the Morocco of Tomorrow"" (co-authored with Nabil ADEL; Afrique-Orient, 2017), and ""Morocco: Which Paths to Emergence?"" (Afrique-Orient, 2020). He regularly participates in national media debates on economic and social issues.
Since 2017, Professor EL MALKI has been a member of the Political Bureau of the USFP (Socialist Union of Popular Forces) and served as a municipal councilor in Rabat from 2015 to 2021.
Camino de Paz is the Assistant Dean of Global Network Programs at Yale School of Management. She is responsible for curricular innovation and program development related to the Global Network for Advanced Management and oversees SOM’s interactions with Global Network member schools. She also leads Admissions for two of Yale SOM’s Degree Programs, the Master of Advanced Management and the Master in Global Business and Society. Camino also works collaboratively with other SOM departments to foster ways to leverage GNAM in support of SOM’s objective to become the most global US business school. Prior to joining Yale SOM Camino spent thirteen years at IE Business School in Madrid, one of the Global Network for Advanced Management member schools. There, Camino held different positions related to program management. She was Director of the MBA program experiencing its growth and internationalization, Director of programs coordinating the different program management teams and identifying synergies and best practices among IE’s program portfolio. She ended her tenure at IE as Associate Dean of Blended and EMBA Programs leading the portfolio of part time programs with different combinations of online and traditional delivery. Camino earned her Law Degree from Universidad de Oviedo and her MBA from IE Business School.
With a 26-year career at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Claudia Félix Sandoval holds a PhD in Business Creation and Management, awarded with """"""""cum laude"""""""" distinction by the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. She graduated with honors and an excellence distinction in her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Trade. Additionally, she holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Passionate and committed to education, she was appointed in August of this year as Vice President of the Central-West Region at Tecnológico de Monterrey. She oversees 10 campuses: Ciudad Obregón, Cuernavaca, Guadalajara, Hidalgo, Morelia, Puebla, Querétaro, Saltillo, Tampico, and Zacatecas.
Sascha Fürst is research professor in entrepreneurship and innovation with EGADE Business School at Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico. He holds an affiliation as researcher in international entrepreneurship with Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku in Finland. He is a visiting lecturer at Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen in Germany, teaching business in the context of Latin America. Sascha received a PhD degree with distinction in international business from the University of Turku and a master’s degree in business and engineering from Technische Universität Kaiserslautern in Germany. His research interest is focused on the intersection of entrepreneurship, strategy, and international business.
Martial Guiette is a French entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Eduniversal, a global agency specializing in higher education rankings and student guidance. He holds a degree in business law and has dedicated his career to enhancing educational orientation and promoting academic excellence. In 1994, Guiette established SMBG, a consulting firm focused on student orientation and coaching. Dr. Hassan R. HassabElnaby joined the Haile College of Business at Northern Kentucky University in 2019. Prior to his appointment as Dean of the Haile College of Business, he spent 16 years at the University of Toledo where he served as the interim dean, the associate dean for Graduate Studies and Research, the chair of the Accounting Department, the director of the Master of Science in Accountancy and the director of the Ph.D. Program in Manufacturing and Technology Management. An award-winning researcher, Dr. HassabElnaby, specializes in the areas of financial reporting and corporate governance. He has received many research awards such as the Outstanding Paper Award from Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence in 2013, the Best Paper Award from the American Accounting Association - Ohio Region in 2009 and 2007, the COBI Outstanding Research Award in 2008 and the COBI Research Award in 2014. He has over twenty-five publications in leading accounting and business journals such as Review of Accounting Studies, Journal of Management Accounting Research, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Finance and Accounting, and Critical Perspectives on Accounting, among several others. Dr. HassabElnaby wrote and received many research grants from the United Arab of Emirates University, the USAID, and the University of Toledo. He also has been a financial consultant and served on boards of several non-for-profit organizations. He earned his bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD degrees in accounting from Cairo University
Pavel Hnát is an associate professor in the Department of International Economic Relations, and since 2022 he has been vice-rector of Prague University of Economics and Business for education and quality assurance. Between 2012 and 2022, he acted as vice-dean of the Faculty of International Relations for Academic Affairs. He teaches courses in World Economy, Regionalism in the World Economy, and International Economic Relations. He was appointed associate professor in 2014 in the field of International Trade. In 2009, he received a doctorate in European Studies, defending his dissertation on the global political economy of new regionalism and the European Union; in 2009, he received the Award for the best doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics. He specializes in new regionalism, comparative regionalism, and the European Union’s position in the global economy. In 2007 he completed a one-month study stay at Renmin University of China in Beijing. Pavel Hnát is the guarantor of the Master’s program in European Economic Integration. In 2019 and 2020 he was the principal investigator of the research project called Targeting Investment Support in the Czech Republic with regard to the anticipated impacts of technological changes. Between 2020 and 2022, he was a member of three research projects focused on the Presidency of the Council of the EU.
Dr. George Jabbour is the Vice Dean for Executive Education, Professor of Finance, and Director of the Masters in Finance Programs at The George Washington University School of Business. He has been a consultant and conducting professional training for the World Bank Group in Washington DC (USA), Vienna (Austria) and Islamabad (Pakistan), for The International Training Banking Center in Budapest (Hungary), the Center of Excellence in Management in Kuwait, and for Kipco Asset Management Group (KAMCO) in Kuwait. He was a Visiting Professor at Franklin College in Lugano (Switzerland), Dongseo University (South Korea), Holy Spirit University-Kaslik, Sorbonne University in Paris (France) and Renmin University in Beijing (China). He developed curriculum for BBA and Msc degrees in business and finance. He has many publications in professional refereed journals. He co-authored “The Option Trader Handbook” for trade adjustments. His research papers were presented in the US and around the world. He is a member of several leading professional finance organizations. He is a member of the editorial advisory board of five journals. Four of his co-authored papers won the best paper award. He has received many Teaching Excellence Awards. In addition to his academic career, Dr. Jabbour is active in equity and derivatives trading. He was Senior Financial Analyst at Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation and a consultant to several American corporations and international organizations. He has a Ph.D. in Finance, an MBA in Finance, a BBA in Marketing, and BS in Mathematics.
Dr. Aigerim Kaumenova is a visionary and highly analytical leader with over a decade of experience in international higher education, partnership building, and policymaking for internationalization.
Since November 2023, she has held the position of Director of CEEMAN, an international management development association.
In this role, Aigerim is focused on advancing the CEEMAN network globally by fostering partnerships with international associations, universities, and businesses.

Dr. Armida Lozano Castro is currently Director of Internationalisation at the EGADE Business School of Tecnológico de Monterrey, EGADE's Monterrey, Mexico, and Latin America campuses. From August 2006 to October 2013 she was Director of International Programmes at the TecVirtual University (online programmes) of Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico). Dr. Lozano Castro was also Director of the Training and Human Development Centre of the TecVirtual University from 1998 to 2008.
Miriam Stolses Mazo is the Dean of the Business School at PUCPR, bringing over 18 years of experience in higher education with a strong background in administration and marketing.
She holds a PhD in Administration (2013) from PUCPR and a Master’s degree in Administration (2006) from the Federal University of Paraná, specializing in consumer behavior. Miriam has also completed international training in Entrepreneurship at Boston College & International Entrepreneurship Center and in Marketing and Entrepreneurship through the Educational Program at the Warrington College of Business, University of Florida.
In her current role, she leads innovative initiatives across undergraduate and postgraduate programs, focusing on modern approaches to marketing education. Dr. Raúl Montalvo holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Essex in England, a Master's degree in Economics from the Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas, AC (CIDE) in Mexico, and a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Computer Systems. He has short stay studies in Geographical Economics and Overlapping Generations at Universidade Técnica de Lisboa; Business and Chinese Market at Fudan University and Peking University; Data Visualization at Stevens Institute of Technology and Entrepreneurship at Babson College. He recently completed a short distance learning program in Customer Analytics at Wharton, a certification in Data Science from IBM's Skill Academy and a bridge-post doctoral certificate in Business Analytics from the University of Texas.
Dr. Montalvo's professional career converges both in the private sector in the insurance industry as well as in academia, consulting, research and as an entrepreneur.
He is currently the director of the EGADE Business School Guadalajara, his areas of teaching and research are related to Strategic Decision Making, Global Management and Business Analytics.

Nelson Ribeiro (PhD in Communication and Culture Studies, University of Lincoln) is the Vice-Rector for Cooperation and International Affairs at Universidade Catolica Portuguesa, he also Coordinates the Doctoral Programme in Communication Studies. Member of the Board at the Research Center for Communication and Culture (CECC), he coordinates the research group “Media Narratives and Cultural Memory”. Ribeiro is affiliated with the International Panel on the Information Environment (IPIE) and a member of the Academia Europaea. In 2022 he was the recipient of a fellowship from the Hoover Institution at Stanford University for his research on the relations between Radio Free Europe, the American government, and the Portuguese dictatorship during the Cold War. Presently he is the Chair of the Communication History section at the International Association for Media and Communication Research (IAMCR). He is the founding director of the Lisbon Winter School for the Study of Communication, organized in partnership with the Annenberg School for Communication (University of Pennsylvania), the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism (University of Southern California) and the University of Helsinki. Prof Dr. Edson Luiz Riccio is a Senior Professor at the School of Economics Business and Accountancy (FEA), University of São Paulo (USP) and well-established Researcher. His areas of teaching and research are International Management and Business Information Systems with extensive list of published works. He has been active as Visiting Professor in business schools in Europe. He was the Deputy Director of International Relations for the School of Business of USP for 19 years, from 1997 to 2016. A graduate of the University of Monterrey (UDEM) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and a Master’s in Organizational Development and Change, José Carlos has spent over 16 years shaping the lives of hundreds of young people and adults as a tutor, coach, teacher, and mentor. His journey has been particularly focused on various roles at UDEM and other institutions. In 2015, UDEM recognized his excellence by awarding him the Pro Magistro Roberto Garza Sada Award, the highest distinction granted to a faculty member by the institution.
As a social entrepreneur, José Carlos has contributed to numerous projects in underprivileged communities across Latin America, including Mexico, Chile, Costa Rica, and Paraguay, as well as Kenya in Africa. He is a consulting member of the State Council of Values in Nuevo León and has been part of the Catholic Movement of Schoenstatt for more than 20 years.

A sports enthusiast and avid traveler, in 2023, he embarked on one of his greatest personal challenges: completing the trek to Everest Base Camp in Nepal.

Dr. Emilina Sarreal is a Full Professor and full-time faculty member of the Decision Sciences and Innovation Dept. of De La Salle University (DLSU), Manila. She is teaching Entrepreneurship Research, Environmental Scanning, Business Analytics, Strategic Management and Methods of Research both in the undergraduate and graduate programs. She is currently the Dean of the Ramon V. del Rosario College of Business (RVR COB).
She obtained her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with high distinction from the De La Salle University’s Graduate School of Business (now under the RVR College of Business). She received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same institution.

She is currently a member of the ASEAN+ PRME steering committee of the UN Principle for Responsible Management Education (UNPRME).
She was awarded as Outstanding Entrepreneurship Educator for the National Capital Region, Entrepreneurship Educators Association of the Philippines in 2018,Bangkok, Thailand.
Virginia is a full professor in the Financial Management academic area. She holds the position of Vice Dean of IAE and serves as Academic Director and Director of Internationalization as part of the Board of Directors.
She obtained her PhD in Finance from Columbia University, New York. She holds a degree in Economics from the National University of Córdoba and a postgraduate degree in Economics at the Di Tella University.

Axel Schumacher was Director International Relations, Global University Systems (London) from May 2017 to July 2019. Between January 2016 and May 2017, he was Special Advisor to the Dean of the MCI-Management Center Innsbruck. From June 2002 to December 2015, he was Associate Dean for International Relations at the Business and Law Schools of the EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht (EBS University of Business and Law) in Oestrich-Winkel and Wiesbaden (Germany). Previously he was Director of International Programmes at WHU, Otto Beisheim School of Management (Germany). He has been working in the field of International Relations for more than 35 years. Over this period he has initiated more than 300 university partnerships in 57 countries around the globe, including 50 dual degree agreements at the undergraduate and graduate levels. He has published research papers and contributed to books on the Concept of Private Universities in Germany and on Strategies of Internationalization for Business Schools.
Irina Sennikova is an accomplished academic leader and researcher with a strong focus on
entrepreneurship and innovation. She currently serves as a Board member and the Vice Rector of
Academic and International Affairs at RISEBA University of Applied Sciences in Riga, Latvia.
Irina holds an MA degree in English philology from the University of Latvia, an International
Executive MBA and MSc in Management from IEDC-Bled School of Management (Slovenia),
and a PhD in Management from Kozminski University (Poland). Her doctoral thesis was devoted
to the phenomenon of intellectual entrepreneurship, a topic she has continued to research
extensively. Irina's research interests lie mainly in the area of intellectual entrepreneurship,
entrepreneurial leadership and leadership development, as well as in the development of business
education and its internationalization. She is part of a cross-country research project on Hidden
Champions – innovative SMEs with global reach from dynamic societies, coordinated by
CEEMAN (Association for Management Development in Dynamic Societies), of which Irina is a
Vice President. She previously served as the Rector of RISEBA University for 10 years until her
elected term expired in 2020.
Dr. Valdovinos Hernández dedicates his research and teaching efforts primarily to the fields of financial accounting, administrative accounting, administrative control, and the analysis and interpretation of accounting and financial information systems. He also specializes in the evaluation of projects and corporate finance. Dr. Valdovinos has shared his expertise internationally through lectures and teaching sessions and has served as a visiting professor at the University of San Diego, USA.
Professionally, Dr. Valdovinos is a member of various professional associations, including Arrendamás, where he has held the position of Chairman of the Audit Committee from 2014 to 2023.
